Tuesdays, Feb. 18 - March 11 (Studio time – Thursdays during class session)

Instructor: Cristin Zimmer

This is an introductory course to ceramics taught by local ceramic artist and painter Cristin Zimmer. Students will learn a range of skills for creating vessels and forms, including how to "throw" rounded forms using the potter's wheel. In addition the class will explore hand-building techniques to create a variety of forms with diverse purposes. This class has a limited number of openings.
